Terms & Conditions

The RRR Network website welcomes contributions that stimulate debate and discussion. While encouraging healthy debate, we expect all participants to treat each other with respect and courtesy.

You may contribute to the RRR Network interactive forums subject to the following terms and conditions:

General - Publishing

All material published on rrr.wa.gov.au is at the sole discretion of the RRR Network.

The RRR Network will not publish content or material that:

  • Compromises the values and mission of the RRR Network;
  • Expresses opinions by vested interests or pressure groups; and
  • Refers to a commercial sponsor or is in the form of an advertisement.

Any defamatory, abusive, baiting, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually explicit, threatening, politically orientated or illegal material, or any material containing blatant expressions of bigotry, racism or hate will not be included on this site.

Moderation

All RRR forums are moderated; this may involve pre-moderation or post-moderation.

Pre-moderation is where posts cannot be accessed by visitors to the site until the moderator has read them and decided they are suitable to be published.

Post-moderation is where the moderator sees the posts, and decides whether they are suitable to remain on the site after they have been posted.

Information is also reviewed at regular intervals to ensure accuracy, relevancy and currency.

Copyright

As a contributor, any material you incorporate into your contribution must adhere to all relevant copyright laws.

Any contributions to RRR Network must include the contact details of the person or organisation who wrote the article so that we can contact them for verification or additional information.

Any contribution featuring additional material (written, pictorial or audiovisual) from another person or organisation must include a statement mentioning the copyright owner of the material.

When you submit an event you must include a contact point such as an email address or a phone number that will be published with the event details. This is to provide the public with a source of further information and the RRR Network with a way of confirming listing details.

Copyright is reserved to the Rural Remote and Regional Women’s Network Western Australia. Apart from any use as permitted under the provisions of the Copyright Act 1968, all or part of the information on this site may not be used commercially or included in any publication without authorised permission from the RRR Network.
